The validity of all compensation certificates issued in 2020 has been automatically extended to December 31st 2021. No further customer action is needed for extending the validity.
Single ticket buyers can choose from the following options:

1. Gift Certificate Compensation for Single Ticket
You can exchange your concert ticket for a gift certificate:
The following information is required for gift certificate compensation: Seat marked in ticket, ticket number, your contact information
Gift certificates can be used at Tampere Hall Ticket Office, Culture Shop Aplodi and Lippupiste service points. All certificates are valid for one year starting from issue date.
2. Changing Your Ticket for Another Concert
You can swap your ticket for another Tampere Philharmonic concert once ticket sales can continue in August 2021.
3. Refund for Single Tickets

Reimbursements for cancelled subscriber series concerts in Spring 2021 are issued by the Tampere Hall Ticket Office.
Group Ticket holders must contact the Tampere Hall group sales department at email@example.com.
When will I be receiving my reimbursement/refund?
Lippu.fi and the Tampere Hall Ticket Office process reimbursement requests in order of arrival. Because of the large amount of cancellations the processing times are currently six to eight weeks. We ask for your patience and understanding due to the situation.
