Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra announces season 2025/26 concerts and a new recording

You’re most welcome to the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra’s 2025/26 Season Launch event! Our hosts of the evening, Chief Conductor Matthew Halls and General Manager Eija Oravuo, will walk you through of musical highlights from the upcoming 2025/26 season. In addition, TPO will announce its most recent recording, full of Finnish composer Jouni Kaipainen’s works.
What? Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra’s 2025/26 Season Launch and Ticket Sales Opening
When? Tuesday 20 May at 5.30 pm
Where? Tampere Hall, venue Maestro (3rd floor)
All are welcome to attend. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Though, we appreciate, if you let us know of your attendance in advance, to ensure there are enough seats for everyone.
Season 2025/26 ticket sales schedule
Season tickets sales for autumn 2025 and the entire 2025/26 season will start Tuesday 20 May at 6.15 pm at Tampere Filharmonia’s official sales channels: Tampere Hall ticket office, Kulttuurimyymälä Aplodi (Aplodi Cultural Shop) and Lippu.fi outlets and lippu.fi online store.
On Tuesday 20 May, the ticket office at the Tampere Hall will be open until 8 pm. Please be prepared to wait for your turn.
Opens to sale on Tuesday May 20 at 6.15 pm:
- Autumn 2025 season tickets (10 concerts),
- Season tickets for the entire 2025-26 season (20 concerts),
- Independence Day concert (on December 6th, 2025), and
- selected special concerts from the spring 2026 programme. These concerts will be announced in May.
Opens to sale on Monday May 26 at 9 am:
- Single tickets and the Quartet series tickets for concerts included in the season series, and
- Afternoon of Fauns series ticket and single tickets.
Please notice that old season tickets are reserved until Saturday, August 9, 2025 and release of the reserved season ticket seats for general sale will take place on Tuesday, August 12.
Season ticket sales closes at the first concert of the season series, that is on Thursday, September 4 at 7 pm.
