Purchasing Your Ticket

The Tampere Hall ticket office also accepts bookings. Bookings made by e-mail must clearly state your name, address and phone number.

Accepted Methods of Payment

In addition to cash and debit and credit cards, the Tampere Hall ticket office accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Smartum fitness and cultural vouchers and Smartum cards
  • Virikeseteli recreational vouchers
  • Tyky-Kuntoseteli+ fitness vouchers and Tyky-Online payments
  • ePassi payments
  • Ticket Mind&Body cards
  • Tampere Hall gift card and Lippupiste gift voucher

Gift cards

Tampere Hall ticket office sells gift cards that can be exchanged for a ticket to any concert on sale at Tampere Hall.

War veterans

War veterans are admitted to all of Tampere Filharmonia’s concerts free of charge, if there are tickets available.

Customer Information

Information collected from customers in connection with ticket purchases is confidential. We collect the information in order to be able to keep you up to date if, for example, an event is cancelled or rescheduled. If you give us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, we can also send you information about other concerts and our newsletter.

Aplodi Ticket Office

You can buy tickets at Aplodi which is located in the city centre, Hämeenkatu 14 B. There you can also find the local tourist information office.


Tickets to our shows and concerts can also be bought at Lippu.fi sales points throughout Tampere. These include for instance department stores Sokos and Stockmann located in the heart of Tampere’s shopping district. When purchased at an R-kioski a delivery fee is collected (€2 per order + €1 per ticket).

Customers should note that Lippupiste charges a service fee.

Official Sales Channels

Tickets to concerts of Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra are officially sold only by the Tampere Hall ticket sales, Kulttuurimyymälä Aplodi and Lippupiste. Tampere Filharmonia and official ticket sales partners are not responsible for the correctness of tickets purchased through other channels, nor are they subject to return or exchange rights. We advise our customers to purchase tickets only through the official ticket sales channels.
