Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra’s new Chief Conductor will be announced on Tuesday 16 June at 10 am at Tampere Hall

At the event, the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra will announce its new Chief Conductor and Artistic Director, who will take up the position in August 2027. Admission is free.

Venue: Maestro, Tampere Hall
Admission free. Duration approximately 45 minutes.

At this informal event, the Orchestra’s General Manager, Eija Oravuo, will interview the new Chief Conductor, who will take up the position in August 2027, following the conclusion of current Chief Conductor and Artistic Director Matthew Halls’s four-year tenure in Tampere.
