The competition or giveaway is organized by the Tampere City Orchestra, also known as the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra.
Participation
Participants can enter by commenting on the giveaway post on Facebook and/or Instagram. Employees of the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra are not eligible to participate.
Prizes and Winner Notification
The prizes for the competition or giveaway are provided by the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra. The prizes will be drawn during the campaign period or at another specified time. Winners will be notified via private message on Facebook and/or Instagram. The Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra reserves the right to publish the winner’s name(s) on its communication channels.
The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize.
- If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, a new winner will be drawn.
- If the winner does not respond to the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra’s message within three days, a new winner will be drawn.
- If the prize is not claimed according to the given instructions, for example, by the specified deadline, the prize will be forfeited.
After being notified, the winner must contact the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra’s communication team via private message. If the winner does not reach out within three (3) business days, the prize will be considered unclaimed, and the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra will not be obliged to deliver it.
In force majeure situations, the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra is not liable. If, for example, the concert or event for which the winner has received tickets is canceled, the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra is not responsible for compensating the winner.
Usage Rights
If a participant enters the competition or giveaway by submitting a text, image, audio, video file, or any other requested material, they grant the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra the right to use the material and permission to publish it on the orchestra’s Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as other social media platforms.
Data Privacy
Contact information will be stored by the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra for prize distribution purposes. The orchestra will not share the information with third parties.
Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra’s Data Protection and Customer Register
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other similar platform, nor is it associated with them in any way. Participants provide their information solely to the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra, not to Facebook, Instagram, or any similar platform.
By participating in a Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra competition or giveaway, participants agree to comply with the applicable laws in force at the time.
