Red Insight is a duo composed of Isaía Contreras Holsaeter (Norwegian-Spanish) and Aida Dominguez (Spanish). Both have lived a long journey together in improvisation music, and were part of the group Healing Sounds in Spain for several years, with whom they traveled to different countries in Europe. They began to make their own compositions as a duo in Spain. Today, they both live in different Nordic countries, and offer us their own music and their own sensibility; Deep, sensitive songs, accompanied by guitar and vocals with lyrics in Spanish and English.
